Firmware

You'll know it's time to upgrade firmware because you'll receive a notification when you open Launcher and connect your EMOTIV device. Learn how to upgrade firmware on your EPOC X.

If your headset’s power LED is flashing slowly, it has gone into bootloader mode. When this happens it is doing a firmware update or it is indicating that it requires a firmware update.

If this happens, please contact the EMOTIV Support team
