# Connecting your EPOC X using Bluetooth Low Energy

#### **Mac**

1. Turn on your headset
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your Mac
3. Open your chosen EMOTIV application and find the device list at the top of the screen
4. Find your headset on the device list
5. Click on ‘Connect’ next to your headset on the device list

#### **PC**

1. Turn on your headset
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your PC. This can be found in Settings
3. Next, click on Add Bluetooth or other device
4. Your headset will appear on the device list. Click on Connect next to your headset. 
5. Open your chosen EMOTIV application and find the device list at the top of the screen
6. Find your headset on the device list
7. Click on ‘Connect’ next to your headset on the device list
