# Training modes

You can choose to do your Mental Commands training in two different modes

1. **Animated mode** animates the cube the same way every time according to the action being trained ("Live training feedback" toggle OFF).
2. **Live mode** moves the cube during the training session according to how well you are activating that command. ("Live training feedback" toggle ON). This mode can be accessed once you have trained a command.

Use the "Live training feedback" toggle on the main training screen to switch between these two modes.
