# Understanding the settings

The settings menu includes the following options:

* **About Launcher -** Displays information about the current version of Launcher. It also provides contact information for Emotiv Support and a link to the Emotiv website.&#x20;
* **User manual -** Takes you to the latest version of the Launcher user manual.&#x20;
* **Send feedback -** Allows you to send feedback to Emotiv on our applications and Brainwear.&#x20;
* **Settings -** Allows you to update basic settings for Launcher.&#x20;
* **Update Apps -** Takes you to the Emotiv application setup wizard. The setup wizard allows you to add, update or remove applications from Launcher.&#x20;
* **Log out -** Allows you to log out of your Emotiv account.&#x20;
* **Quit -** If you click on Quit, Launcher will close on your computer.
