# Uninstall the software

Here are the steps you can follow to uninstall launcher:

#### Windows

1. Go to **\Program Files\EmotivApps** and open **Emotiv Maintenance Tool.exe**.
2. Select **Remove all components** and then click on **Next**.\

3. Follow the instructions on the uninstall wizard.

#### MacOS

1. Go to **/Applications/EmotivApps** and open **Emotiv Maintenance Tool**.
2. Select **Remove all components** and then click on **Next**.\

3. Follow the instructions on the uninstall wizard.
