# Fitting your Insight

To fit Insight to your head:

1. Turn your Insight ON. 
2. Gently slide Insight onto your head, making sure the reference sensors contact the skin behind your left ear. If needed, gently bend the reference sensor arm so that the reference sensor makes contact with the skin behind your left ear. 
3. To position the front sensors, position them three finger widths above your eyebrows. 
4. To position the three-prong sensor, work it back and forth through your hair to achieve good contact quality with the scalp.
