Important information about using a computer to charge your Insight

Insight requires a 5V supply and will draw a maximum of 0.5A from a charging port. If you use a computer to charge your Insight, it will check for a maximum available current from the charging port, up to a limit of 0.5A.

If the charging port on your computer doesn’t support an extended low power mode, Insight will draw 0.1A and will charge more slowly. If your Insight takes more than two hours to charge fully, try a different charging port on your computer.

If you have any issues charging your headset, please get in touch with the EMOTIV Support team.
