# Connecting your Insight to a computer using Bluetooth

Insight connects to a computer using Bluetooth. To do this: 

1. Go to your computer’s settings and enable Bluetooth. 
2. Turn your Insight on. Open Emotiv Launcher. 
3. Click on the Devices tab. 
4. Find your headset on the device list. 
5. Click on Connect next to your Insight.
