# How to play a game

To play any game:

1. Hover your cursor over your chosen game or meditation exercise and click on the **Play** button. 
2. Select the headset you want to use by clicking on **Connect**. 
3. Once your headset is connected, click on **Proceed**. 
4. Before you start, ensure that your headset is fitted correctly. Follow the instructions on the screen to help you adjust your headset. If you are experiencing connectivity issues or poor contact quality, please refer to the section Connecting your Emotiv Brainwear to LABS.
5. Click on **Proceed** and follow the instructions for your chosen experiment.

**Each game has different requirements and keys that you need to press while you're playing. Pay close attention to the instructions on the screen while you're playing.**
