# Connecting your headset to LABS

To connect your headset to LABS: 

1. Switch your headset on. 
2. Connect it to your computer via Bluetooth or USB receiver dongle. 
3. Click on the **Connect Headset** button at the top of the screen. A list of connected headsets is displayed. Click on **Connect** next to your headset. 
4. Your headset is now connected to EmotivLABS. Once you've connected your headset to EmotivLABS, the headset fitting and contact quality setup will open.
