Update your Insight firmware via USB cable
Connect the charging cable into the charging port located on the left of your Insight. Then, connect the USB end of the charging cable to your computer.
Open Emotiv Launcher and go to the "Devices" tab. When the alert notification appears, click on "Proceed".
3. Click on "Update firmware".
4. Click on "Finish" once your firmware update has completed.
