# EPOC+/Flex

1. Connect the USB cable into the port located on your headset. Then, connect the other end of the USB cable to your computer.
2. Open Emotiv Launcher and go to the "Devices" tab. When the alert notification appears, click on "Proceed".

3\. Click on "Update firmware".

4\. Click on "Finish" once your firmware update has completed.
