Saline Sensors

To achieve the best quality signal, you need to minimize impedance between the saline sensors and the scalp. Here are some tips to help you achieve the best quality signal:

  • Ensure that your participant has washed their hair before your experiment. They should not use hair conditioner, or other products, before the experiment as these products can cause impedances.

  • When cleaning the sensors or adding the saline to the sensors, ensure you have enough light to see what you’re doing.
