The USB receiver dongle uses a proprietary 2.4 GHz protocol to stream data from your headset.
We recommend that you use the USB receiver dongle in environments with high levels of Bluetooth interference.
Insert the USB receiver dongle into the USB port of your PC or Mac. When the USB receiver dongle is inserted into the port, one LED will light up.
Press the power button on the headset. The headset will then beep and the LED next to the power button will turnwhite.
After the headset is turned on, a second LED on the USB receiver dongle will light up and start to flash. Your headset and USB receiver dongle are now connected.
For further information on setting up the connection with your chosen EMOTIV application, please refer to the relevant user manual.

The power LED will blink once a second.
Paired
When connected to the headset a second LED will turn on. If the connection is lost it will blink slowly. The dongle remembers the headset it is paired to. If it goes out of range, or turns off, it will attempt to reconnect.
Transmitting
When transmitting data both LEDs will be on, the power LED will be flashing fast and be faint.
