Organization Data Access:

  • The Organization licensing feature enables closer collaboration with authorized members of the PRO account.

  • Users' recordings will be shared once they accept “Data Sharing addendum” after joining the organization.

    • This will be presented to them when they login for the first time.

    • Only recordings created after accepting the addendum will be shared.

    • Once a user accepts the “data sharing addendum,” any PRO recordings created by them using their Organization account will automatically be shared with users with a higher-order role i.e. “Owner” and “Admin” in the organization.

Please see the table below to understand the data access capabilities across all user roles:
