# What are elements? Elements are the different media you can add to each phase of an experiment. They include: * **Text** — Type and edit text * **Images** — Upload an image file or select a previously uploaded image * **Audio** — Upload an audio file or select a previously uploaded audio file * **Video** — Upload an audio file or select a previously uploaded audio file * **Questionnaires** — Type questions, choose the type of questions (e.g. multiple-choice or open text), input answers, and choose how they are displayed. You can add as many elements as you like to a phase.
